Bert Jutras KD6BXZ was a member of South County ARES since 1994. He participated in many events supported by SCARES including The Relay and Dream Machines. He was a member of the Sheriff's ham communications team. For many years he served at the AREA EOC during training and activations. Bert allowed SCARES to store supplies and equipment in his shed for almost 20 years. He became a silent key on January 7, 2018. He was 75 years old. |
